Notes

'Dangler' sweet cherry (Prunus avium 'Dangler') is a tree for food gardens and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun. The columnar shape fits small spaces, and bees and butterflies visit the blooms from early to late spring. The cherries ripen late and are grown for eating fresh. You need a second cherry tree nearby for pollination, because this one is not self-fertile.

Pairs well with Ice Follies daffodil, Knapweed, and Strawberry Sundae panicle hydrangea.
