Notes

'Dart' Atlantic nine-bark (Physocarpus opulifolius 'Dart') is a shrub for borders, hedges, privacy screens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows rapidly into an arching shrub about 4 to 5 feet tall. White flowers, often tinged with pink, open in spring and summer and draw butterflies, bees, and birds.

Pairs well with Common snowberry, White Swan coneflower, and Sedge.
