Notes

'Diane de Poitiers' rose (Rosa 'Diane de Poitiers') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Deep pink, fragrant flowers open from early to late summer and attract bees. Jean-Pierre Vibert bred it as a seedling of 'À Feuilles de Chanvre'.

Pairs well with Clary sage, Jackmanii clematis, and Casa Blanca lily.
