Notes
'Dido' tulip (Tulipa 'Dido') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The blooms open in early to late spring in a fawn color shot with rose. Plants stand about 24 inches tall, so they work well in the middle of a bed. E.H. Krelage & Son bred it.
Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Red Charm peony, and Ernest Markham clematis.
