Notes

'Divine Beginning' peony (Paeonia 'Divine Beginning') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant, double, pale-pink flowers face upward on upright plants that reach 32 inches tall. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Support is not required, but it can tidy the look of the plant.

Pairs well with Creeping phlox, Switchgrass, Queen of Night tulip, and Guacamole hosta.
