Notes

'Divine Carnation' peony (Paeonia 'Divine Carnation') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Blush, semi-double flowers face upward and carry a subtle fragrance. Plants reach about 32 inches and stand upright, so they need no support.

Pairs well with Guacamole hosta, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Queen of Night tulip.
