Notes

'Domino' bishop's hat (Epimedium 'Domino') is a perennial for shade gardens, woodland gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Hundreds of airy white flowers with pink centers hang on arching burgundy stems in April and May. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Once established, it handles dry spells well.

Pairs well with Aureola Japanese forest grass, Lady fern, and Autumn fern.
