Notes

'Pink Champagne' bishop's hat (Epimedium 'Pink Champagne') is a perennial for shade gardens, woodland plantings, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Large soft-pink to clear-pink flowers rise over decorative evergreen foliage in spring, and once established, the plant tolerates drought. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Aureola Japanese forest grass, Lady fern, and Autumn fern.
