Notes

'Double Zahara Cherry' zinnia (Zinnia elegans 'Double Zahara Cherry') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, loamy soil. It grows fast into an erect clump that stands 12 to 24 inches tall and wide. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms. Deer rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Cotton Candy cosmos, Sylphid celosia, and Red fescue.
