Notes

'Doubloons' rose (Rosa 'Doubloons') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, hedges, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and loamy or clay soil. It grows 120 to 180 inches tall and bears fragrant yellow blooms in late spring and again from early to late summer. Bees visit the flowers. Michael Henry Horvath bred it in 1936.

Pairs well with Clary sage, Feather reed grass, and Ornamental onion.
