Notes

'Drama' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Drama') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, full double blooms are a warm deep pink that holds its color well. The petals are heavy, and strong stems hold each bloom erect. Eugene H. Lins bred it.

Pairs well with Pink Impression tulip, Foxtail barley, and Spanish bluebell.
