Notes

'Easy Going' peony (Paeonia 'Easy Going') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant lavender-pink single flowers open early, and bees and butterflies visit them. Roy G. Klehm bred it in 2003. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits.

Pairs well with Halcyon hosta, Black Hero tulip, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
