Notes

'Edisto' rose (Rosa 'Edisto') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright shrub has dark green leaves and red blend blooms that appear in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Michael C. Williams bred it, and it can grow much larger than expected in hot climates, so give it extra room.

Pairs well with Purple Pillar rose of sharon, Ornamental onion, and Patriot hosta.
