Notes
'Elizabeth Sweeting' peony (Paeonia 'Elizabeth Sweeting') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant light pink blooms fade to cream in the center and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Prof. Harald Fawkner bred it.
Pairs well with Curly Fries hosta, Charles Joly lilac, and Sedge.
