Notes

'Enchantment' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Enchantment') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant double blooms open rose-pink with seashell-pink undertones and age to light pink. The stems are weak, so you may want to support them. George Hollis bred it in 1907.

Pairs well with Little Beauty tulip, Sedge, and Incrediball Storm Proof smooth hydrangea.
