Notes

'Evening Enchantment' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Evening Enchantment') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. The deep purple blooms have a green throat and are fragrant, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit them. It also tolerates drought and salt. Rabbits tend to nibble other plants first.

Pairs well with Brown-eyed Susan, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Panicle hydrangea.
