Notes

'Eye of Tiger' Dutch iris (Iris hollandica 'Eye of Tiger') is a bulb for cut flowers, borders, and sunny beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It has purple-blue flags, burgundy-purple falls, and yellow highlights. The bulbs go dormant in summer, so plant them where the soil drains well and can bake dry. You can overplant them with thyme, Sedum, or Delosperma.

Pairs well with Stargazer lily, Gladiolus, and Hummingbird's mint.
