Notes

'Fairview' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Fairview') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It grows about 35 inches tall and bears big, semi-double white blooms. The flowers make good cut stems for the vase. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Tickseed, Queen of Night tulip, and Western sword fern.
