Notes

'Faithful Dream' peony (Paeonia 'Faithful Dream') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The fragrant salmon-pink flowers can reach 8 inches wide and hold their color until the petals drop. Tim Stanek bred it, and the thick stems need no support. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Pale purple coneflower, Golden Tiara hosta, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
