Notes
'Fargo' shrubby cinquefoil (Dasiphora fruticosa 'Fargo') is a shrub for hedges, borders, and mass plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 2, or down to -50°F (-46°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It grows 30 to 36 inches tall and 36 to 48 inches wide, so give it room to spread. Yellow flowers appear from early to late summer and again in early autumn.
Pairs well with Smaragd American arborvitae, Candy Stripe moss phlox, and Red fescue.
