Notes
'Goldfinger' shrubby cinquefoil (Dasiphora fruticosa 'Goldfinger') is a shrub for borders, hedges, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It tolerates drought and salt, and it attracts butterflies. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Expect it to reach 24 to 36 inches tall and 35 to 47 inches wide.
Pairs well with Miss Kim lilac, Pyrethrum, Cheerfulness daffodil, and Ageratum.
