Notes

'Fasolt' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Fasolt') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Dr. Bernard Chow bred it. The lilac-pink flowers have violet-red flares and bloom in late spring. Each stem holds one or two blooms up to 7 inches wide.

Pairs well with Sensitive fern, Cheerfulness daffodil, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
