Notes

'Faustine' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Faustine') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double pink blooms open late, from late spring to early summer, in a pale shade with a sweet rose fragrance. The stems are good and hold the flowers well.

Pairs well with Sensitive fern, Cheerfulness daffodil, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
