Notes

'Festiva Supreme' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Festiva Supreme') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its fragrant white double blooms have red flecks in the center and open in mid spring. The strong stems hold four buds each and rise above dark green foliage. Carl G. Klehm bred it, and it grows about 33 inches tall.

Pairs well with Dalmatian bellflower, Carnaval De Nice tulip, and Sensitive fern.
