Notes

Dalmatian bellflower (Campanula portenschlagiana) is a perennial for containers, ground cover, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It stays evergreen and blooms from early to late summer. Rabbits tend to nibble other plants first. It grows about 12 inches tall and spreads 24 to 36 inches, so give it room to fill in.

Pairs well with Carlton daffodil, Shrub rose, and Orange daylily.
