Notes

'Firecracker' fringed loosestrife (Lysimachia ciliata 'Firecracker') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, meadows, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil of most types. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall and wide with an erect habit. Bees and birds visit it. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Pickerel weed, Smooth aster, Switchgrass, and Royal fern.
