Notes
'Fireglow' spurge (Euphorbia griffithii 'Fireglow') is a perennial for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. It grows about three feet tall with red stems and blue-green leaves that turn crimson in autumn. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Clumps get larger with time and can spread into other perennials, so give it room.
Pairs well with Marsh spurge, Purple Sensation ornamental onion, and Fountain grass.
