Notes

'First Impression' tulip (Tulipa 'First Impression') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The red blooms open from early to late spring on stems about 20 inches tall. Lefeber bred it, so you can cut the stems for bouquets.

Pairs well with Thalia daffodil, Ernest Markham clematis, Black Beauty peony, and Switchgrass.
