Notes

Flame nasturtium (Tropaeolum speciosum) is a vine for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It blooms in early to late summer, and again in early to late autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. Deer tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with Clematis, Bishop of Llandaff dahlia, and Star jasmine.
