Notes

'Flamenco' cinquefoil (Potentilla 'Flamenco') is a perennial for borders, rock gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Deer tend to browse other plants first. Its red flowers attract bees and bloom in spring, summer, and autumn. It is drought tolerant and needs little care.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Cora Louise peony, and Bush honeysuckle.
