Notes

'Flore Pleno' common snowdrop (Galanthus nivalis 'Flore Pleno') is a bulb for borders, rock gardens, containers, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to wet soil of most types. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. The fragrant flowers open in winter, and bees visit them. It grows in a clumping mound 4 to 8 inches tall.

Pairs well with Winter aconite, Persian violet, Lenten rose, and Alpine squill.
