Notes

'Flower Carpet' rose (Rosa 'Flower Carpet') is a shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Deep pink, fragrant flowers open in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Werner Noack bred it in 1988. The low, spreading shrub forms a wide mound of dark green leaves.

Pairs well with Yarrow, Clary sage, and Stargazer lily.
