Notes
'Fluffy' western arborvitae (Thuja plicata 'Fluffy') is a shrub for hedges, privacy screens, specimen plantings, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil of most types. The columnar evergreen grows at a moderate pace and has fragrant foliage. It also attracts birds. Deer tend to pass it by.
