Notes

'Folk Art' peony (Paeonia 'Folk Art') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen use. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single, fragrant blooms open blush and fade to off-white, with bright magenta flares at the center. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Sturdy stems stand well against spring storms without support.

Pairs well with Eastern columbine, August Moon hosta, and Switchgrass.
