Notes

'Fourth of July' rose (Rosa 'Fourth of July') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The red blend blooms smell sweet and attract bees. Thomas F. Carruth bred it in 1999. Flowers open in late spring, again in summer, and once more in early autumn.

Pairs well with Clary sage, Fountain grass, and Lily.
