Notes

'Fragrant Hour' rose (Rosa 'Fragrant Hour') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows tall and upright with large, light green leaves and fragrant orange-pink blooms. Flowers open in late spring, again in summer, and again in early autumn. Bees visit them, and Samuel Darragh bred it in 1973.

Pairs well with Lamb’s ear, Arrowwood viburnum, and Blue jasmine.
