Notes

'Frances Gaunt' rose (Rosa 'Frances Gaunt') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Its fragrant apricot blooms have silvery shading and age to light pink. Bees visit the flowers, which open in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Alexander Dickson II bred it in 1918.

Pairs well with David garden phlox, Little bluestem, and Arrowwood viburnum.
