Notes

'Frosted Beauty' peony (Paeonia 'Frosted Beauty') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. The semi-double pink flowers have lighter petal edges that give a frosted look. Plants reach about 30 inches and spread, so give them support.

Pairs well with Big Daddy hosta, Paprika yarrow, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Little Beauty tulip.
