Notes
'Frozen Planet' reticulated iris (Iris reticulata 'Frozen Planet') is a bulb for borders, containers, rock gardens, and naturalized areas. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The fragrant white flowers open in early to late spring. It sits low on the menu for deer. The plant goes dormant by summer, so plant it where it can grow up through perennial ground covers.
Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Autumn fern, and Little brown jug.
