Notes

'Fulfilled Dream' peony (Paeonia 'Fulfilled Dream') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, large pale pink blooms have two rows of guard petals that form a cup around small anemone-like center petals. D. Steve Varner bred this sport of 'Major Steve'. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Autumn Frost hosta, Standing Ovation little bluestem, Nodding onion, and Polish Spirit clematis.
