Notes

'Gail Borden' rose (Rosa 'Gail Borden') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright shrub reaches about 51 inches tall and has dark green leaves. Its fragrant pink blend blooms open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Wilhelm J.H. Kordes II bred it in 1958.

Pairs well with Purple top, Stained Glass hosta, and Anemone.
