GE Neri fig

Garden uses

Notes

'GE Neri' fig (Ficus carica 'GE Neri') is a fruit tree for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun. Give it the hottest, sunniest spot you have, since it is a dark-skinned cultivar. The large, sweet figs are grown for fresh eating, drying, jams, and desserts. You can prune the tree to a smaller size or grow it in a container.

Pairs well with Persimmon, Raspberry, and Artichoke.
