Notes
'Blue Bomb' cut-leaf kittentail (Veronica 'Blue Bomb') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Hundreds of bright blue flowers open from the bottom of each plume to the top, so the bloom time is long. Remove spent flowers to promote more blooms. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.
Pairs well with Blue fescue, Coral Sunset peony, and Garlic chives.
