Notes

'Glad Tidings' rose (Rosa 'Glad Tidings') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows upright and bears dark red blooms from late spring into early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Hans Jürgen Evers bred it in 1989.

Pairs well with Perennial candytuft, Little bluestem, and Garlic chives.
