Notes

'Glorious Hope' peony (Paeonia 'Glorious Hope') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, yellow, double flowers face upward and bloom one per stem. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Roger F. Anderson bred it, and the upright plants need no support.

Pairs well with Dense blazing star, First Frost hosta, and Little bluestem.
