Notes

'Glorious Joy' peony (Paeonia 'Glorious Joy') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The pale yellow double flowers are fragrant and face upward on plants that stand 20 inches tall without support. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Roger F. Anderson bred it in 2015.

Pairs well with First Frost hosta, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Queen of Night tulip.
