Notes

'Glory' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Glory') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears fragrant pink flowers in early summer. The blooms have a Japanese type form and rise above dark foliage on tall, upright plants. George Hollis bred it in 1907.

Pairs well with Royal fern, Carnaval De Nice tulip, and Rose.
