Notes

'Golden Artist' tulip (Tulipa 'Golden Artist') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It bears orange blooms from early to late spring. The flowers reach 12 to 24 inches tall, so they work well in the middle of a bed or in a pot.

Pairs well with Valerie Finnis Armenian grape hyacinth, Marsh spurge, and Burgundy Lace tulip.
