Notes

'Golden Gate' rose (Rosa 'Golden Gate') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. The deep yellow flowers are fragrant and bloom in late spring, early to late summer, and early to late autumn. Butterflies and bees visit them. The upright stems have few or no prickles.

Pairs well with Garden phlox, Feather reed grass, and Green Velvet buxus.
