Notes

'Grace Eleanor' peony (Paeonia 'Grace Eleanor') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double, light pink flowers are fragrant and open in a graceful form. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Gilbert S. Richmond bred it in 1952.

Pairs well with Sum and Substance hosta, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Nodding onion.
